We’ve installed WordPress hundreds of times and for just £30 we will install WordPress for you. We also set-up some basic plugins, including a contact form, Google Analytics and SEO.
That’s just about everything you need to get started with your business website or blog.

Which plugins do you get?
- Contact Form 7 – for your contact form (inlcuding captcha)
- All in SEO Pack – the SEO plugin
- Google Analytics – you can see basic stats inside your WordPress site
- WP Total Cache – makes your site run faster
- Google XML Sitemap – helps Google find your pages
When the installation is complete we pass the login details over to you so you can get to know WordPress and start developing the blog or website you’re planning, and if you need help or training, we can provide that too.
What you need to get started
- Domain name
- Hosting account
Many hosting companies offer a free domain name when you buy web hosting from them. The contract usually runs on a twelve month cycle and the domain is only free for the first year. The charge for the domain for subsequent years is typically between £10 – £15.
Hosting charges vary quite a lot, so it’s a good idea to shop around. If your target market is the UK and you have a .co.uk domain name, we recommend using a company with UK based servers.
We recommend VidaHost* and TolraNet. Both of these companies provide an excellent service and offer servers based in the UK or US.
Custom WordPress installations
We also provide custom installations and can work with you to create the best set up for you. Provide us with as much detail as possible and we can put together a quote for you.
